Ok My first update would have to be the Code of Conduct.

1.Issue-Language

FIX- EX-Call Of Duty This game is a Compattitive Game Built Around Violonce And Trash Talk Around Players.

In the game it's self the Game use's profane Language. So why should we as players refraine from useing the same language?

Why shold i be banned for calling out some one trash talking me on x box live? Someone calls me out talks Trash I talk trash hurt his feelings for being rude and then he reports me. I get banned for that? First off Online interactions are not rated by the ESRB and nethier should the code of conduct in certin aspects.

Just change the trash talk issue. and if kids under the age are playing this game thats on the paraents for allowing this to happen so for them to come in and say bann this kid for making my son cry for talking trash. no your kid isn't old enough to play this game cause like in any sport or commpetive game theres trash talk and foul language.

Ok CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS 2

1. ISSUE.

my next issue is in regards to black ops 2. when playing online connecting to a game mode such as TDM IT PUTS YOU IN A GAME THATS already over or that team is looseing bad. and of course im not going to stay in but i take a loss for backing out wtf its 15 to 64 and i get in on the looseing team. when playing league play pll cant join a game when that team backs out. i think it would be great to apply that to all game modes. and stop where you get put in a game thats all ready over or looseing. taking un neccery losses is dreadful and puts a damper on the game.

And fix the Knifeing in this game as well.

2. Catching Cheaters. if you have to cheat at this game to win you need help. useing a modded controller to fire handguns faster than smg's cause you suck at this game. you need to be banned. ok so Call of duty Implment ways so you canot fire Single shot and 3 round burst guns to a cap of rate of fire.

On to MW3

1. ISSUE

OK WEL my issue is on mw3 regarding the DLC I would like to make an Official Request to be sent up for a playlist update. if it is at all possible to be able to select the DLC maps you would like to play on. i tryed uninstalling the maps i did not want but it told me to re install all of them i do not wish to play on all of them just a hand full

Black Ops 2 has Problems

Dear Sirs,

Having played this game since it came out, & having purchased all new packs, it shows me just how far video games have come, and just how far this game has to go. In a nutshell, I find Black Ops 2 to be a terrible game. The premise is great. The art work is great; but for a gamer since Pong came out, this game play is simply atrocious. Surprisingly, you have sold hundreds of thousands of copies & it shows to me just how little gamers expect these days for their money.

First of all, I don't see a way to set the game up for Public Matches to only play or enter the maps that I want to play, or set one up on a map I want to play & the general public able to join. To be perfectly honest, many of the maps are so poorly conceived & laid out I simply will not play them. Invariably, the mechanism puts me into game after game on maps I simply don't want to play. To make matters worse, one usually finds themselves put into a game on the team that's behind some 20 to 40 points with the match being some 2/3+ over. What's the point? The team i'm on is going to lose, so why play? Exit & go to another game. Same thing, exit again, go to another match, over & over & over. Then I find out your methodology not only gives me a defeat, it negatively affects my score per minute. In the existing environment you have on your lobby and methodology of assigning a player into a game, I will usually exit 20 to 30 matches before I get into one I will play. Seeing the scores of victory teams it also shows me that your methodology of lining up "balanced teams" is in serious need of review. It's atrocious.

Then I finally get into a lobby for a map I want to play & the language going on in most is simply unacceptable. It's like listening to a bunch of pissed off sailors that have been at sea too long. Hearing such language daily, I would not allow young children to play the game. There are too many loopholes allowing such language that cannot be tracked. This is a major issue and the prevelence of which its exists shows me that you are not monitoring or addressing it.

Another major issue are weapons & character capabilities. It really makes me wonder if anyone on your design team has ever fired a weapon or trown a grenade. Characters run around the battle map and shoot effectively on the run which is totally absurd. Got a machine gun? No problem! Send in the guy with a pistol or have a team mate throw a grenade from one side of the map all the way over to the other side.

Another issue that relates to character ability is your networking of players. Again & again I see a player come running around a corner, turn & fire before the person "camping" can simply pull the trigger. Pure bullshit. Again & again you fire & put half a magazine through an enemy, nothing happens, & he smiles, turns & shoots you dead.

Probably one the the most exasperating aspects of the game is the very poor spawning methodology. Spawns are here & there; flip & they are over there. Doesn't happen in the real world & this is so very simple to correct and have a general spawn area for each side that will not allow ones opponent to spawn camp, which happens a lot now.

I have heard people say, "it's a video game", & that's very true. IMHO however, when a game designer attempts to put out a product based on real military action, the designer has a responsibility to at least attempt to have some degree of realism. Call of Duty, Black Ops 2 does not.

As it is, Call of Duty, and particularly Black Ops 2 may as well be called, "Space Cadets"; it's a complete joke.

Moderators: I want to make a cheating awareness discussion...

A question about cheater handling

Hi Treyarch!

Thanks for taking a moment to read this!

Since mw 3 (greetings to bancandy!) you have implemented the nice feature to make youtube vids of ingame footage.

This was the best thing for responsible gamers to report cheaters / booster.

We did this not only to relieve you, we know you can´t overlook every match, we did this to create a better community.

Until today, many users invest much time to reveal people exploiting the game systems and the best proof for this is and was a vid (from my point of view).

Here´s my question: why do delete links to your OWN support, there is a section just for reporting cheaters!

I know it´s a huge amount of time to look after every reported match if /where/ who was cheating.

Youtube vids make this much easier (or at least a link to the gamers vid vault) this is much quicker and it worked perfectly in the past.

Please state why do want us not to use your own service page.

Thanks in advance

PS: I´m talking about this link

https://support.activision.com/Contact_Us

This needs fixed like 3 months ago

Seriously why is lag compensation being completely ignored? I have played tons of games and never have I ever had this kind of lag issues with a game. MW3 was pretty bad, but BO2 is by far the worst so far when it comes to lag compensation. I have been playing Call of Duty for a long time now and I really like the game. But it is sad that lag has to ruin it for me and pretty much cheat me of being able to do anything online. If I had a PVR I could sit here and record every second of game play and then compare it with theater mode and there is a HUGE difference. YouTube commentators have talked about this repeatedly, pros have weighed in on it, and it is bad enough that the average Joe can tell the difference between acceptable latency in a game, and a 1-2 second or more time delay. It is not because I have a horrible connection either. I have the best fiber optic connection offered in the city on brand new fiber and barely anyone is on it. Yet I can go to a friend's house or my parents who have far inferior connections and magically little to no lag. I would rather see one person who is host having a slight advantage over me as opposed to an entire team getting a 1+ second head start. If this is not rectified in a patch rather soon I will just take my business elsewhere. Might not sound that bad, but when BO2 was having less than expected sales and a very high re-sell rate then something is wrong. It is bad enough paying the initial price for a game that you do not get the actual full content for, but when you buy all the DLC's, additional things that are offered up, that is a lot of money lost and I know I am not the only one expressing these opinions. I would have even been fine with paying a nominal fee ala CoD Elite to connect to dedicated servers. But if Activision, InfinityWard, and Treyarch refuse to address their shoddy coding for lag compensation then I will just take my business elsewhere. I hear Battlefield runs on dedicated servers, that might be a more worthwhile investment.

Old discussions?

I have searched 'old discussion' and there is does not appear to be a thread with this title so I am hoping this topic will not to be considered as 'spam.'

As some you of know, I'm a bg Treyarch fan, and never complain about their games. For me, WaW was the best game ever to be released, and I have been playing games since the eighties.

However, I do have a gripe about posting discussions and want to ask a genuine question. Do you, the community, want to keep looking at old threads all the time?

I recently posted a new thread regarding the constantly discussed stats topic, and I'm glad I did. I got some good feeback. It was my perspective of that area, and it got highlighted rather than becoming lost in an old thread.

As each game develops, and updates are carried out, and players experiance change, surely old threads can be less meaningful? Also, each person may want to highlight their particular issue regarding an old question in a slightly different way, and recive feedback specifically to them. Some threads go way off topic as well, leaving would-be-posters feeing like it will not be productive.

I know there are rules, and the adminstrators are right to implement them, but a lot of us like discussing our beloved game and asking age old questions again and again. There is always a fresh pair of eyes looking at recent threads; discussions that have probably been covered many times over in the past.

What are your opinions?

Probation

I'm sure this discussion has been had a million times but as I'm new and scrolling through the pages of forums seems virtually impossible I was left with little choice but to start a new thread.

I understand the probation thing. I do. But it's needlessly annoying for those of us who genuinely aren't doing anything wrong. I only play hardcore mode online with a group of friends and if one of us is kicked for accidentally throwing a cemtex in to the wrong place (example) we tend to leave to join our friend and start a new game. For this very reason I was placed on probation last night. That's annoying but I'll get over it. What I don't get is why today, when I joined a party and then left again to check how long I had left on probation I was put back another five minutes for leaving the party! We weren't in a public lobby, just a bloody party! What possible justification is there for that?? Surely, something can be done to make this feature more fair on those of us that aren't deliberately ruining games?

Please respond. I'm genuinely intrigued about this. Especially as nothing seems to be done about the countless under 18 year olds that get away with playing this game non-stop and being constantly abusive in lobbys.
